“There is no time like the present.” It’s an old adage, usually used to encourage, to motivate. It’s a call to action. But sometimes, in the midst of our busy lives, the phrase becomes more meaningful when we tweak it slightly.
Let’s try it this way: “There's no present like time."
How you treat time is one measure of how you are living your life. Are you getting your time’s worth? Do you treat the gift of time as you do other valuable gifts you have received?
Do you value your time and make the most of it?
This very moment of time may be yours to conceive something brilliant, to live out your dream, to create the life of meaning and impact that only you can create . . . but only if you embrace time like the gift it is.
