Mindset is everything.
Individuals with a fixed mindset struggle with trying to envision a situation different from that which they are in. Too often they accept their circumstances, rejecting the belief that they can learn, change, or grow. In short, they settle for what they have and where they are.
Conversely, individuals with a growth mindset believe they can change their circumstances, learn different approaches, and grow to be what they were destined to be.
They initiate actions to change their circumstances. They embrace the possibilities they can visualize. They recognize their freedom to change, and they make choices that are beneficial to them.
They don't settle for the status quo.
